Zijn roots liggen in Aldeia Pau Brasil, in Aracruz, Espírito Santo, Brazilië. Daar begon zijn droom om de authentieke smaak van Braziliaanse koffie met de wereld te delen.
De naam CAFÉ PAU BRASIL eert deze oorsprong en verwijst naar de regio waar zijn familie met zorg de koffieplantage onderhoudt. Elke koffieboon vertegenwoordigt niet alleen kwaliteit, maar ook traditie, familie en respect voor de natuur.
Het bedrijf werkt met zorgvuldig geselecteerde Arabica en Robusta/Conilon koffiebonen en biedt zowel groene bonen als gebrande en gemalen koffie aan. Door directe samenwerking met koffieboeren en agronomen garandeert CAFÉ PAU BRASIL een constante hoge kwaliteit en een authentieke Braziliaanse koffiebeleving.

The name CAFÉ PAU BRASIL honors this origin and represents the region where his family carefully maintains their coffee plantation. Every coffee bean reflects not only quality, but also tradition, family values, and respect for nature.
